The Yoga Room
Monday 4:00-5:00 p.m. Mindful Strength (moderately active class) Note starting in December this class will start at 4:30!!!
Tuesday 2:00-3:00p.m. Tranquil Yoga (very gentle, all welcome, chair variations)
Weds 6:30-7:30p.m. Restorative Yoga (Meditation based, all on floor with props)
First Saturday of the Month 10:00-11:00a.m.:Gentle flow yoga
- Classes are $12 drop in or $9 for weekly attendance
